    Zumba is not just the latest craze; it’s a great way to exercise and have fun at the same time. The age range in my zumba class is 40-90 years old. That’s because Zumba lends itself very well to individual ability levels. You can move just your feet to stay on the beat; or you can add hips, shoulders, and arms.

    I consider my Zumba class about 2 to 3 times more intense than my aerobics class. That’s because my whole body is moving all the time. The Latin and international music played in class makes it hard not to move. Give it a try. It's all about moving, having fun and getting in shape, all at the same time.
