Hi Janis...I just want to say how glad I am that I finally took your advice on the stretching part of the class. I have been stretching in the chair which helped me a lot but then this year I decided to take your advice again on going to the floor on the mat. It has made even a bigger difference in my back and all over aches and pains we get as we get older. Thanks for the push to take it a little further, a little has gone a long way for me...
