HEALTHY BODY

Let the whole earth sing to the Lord! Each day proclaim the good news

that he saves (deliverance, victory, health). 2 Chron16:23

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. 1 Cor 6:16-17

“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins

and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.” 1 Pet 2:24

Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy,

to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—

this is your true and proper worship. Rom 12:1

I’m on a journey with my Lord 3x,

To make me strong and healthy

Jesus teach me how I can be strong,

Jesus teach me how I can be lean,

Jesus teach me how I can be healthy,

So I can bring you glory

God will equip me to be strong, God will equip me to be lean,

God will equip me to be healthy, He’s got some plans for me

I am strong, I am lean, I am healthy too 3x

I can do whatever, God calls me to do

I’m a strong and healthy warrior 3x

for the Kingdom of God

I bless my spirit, and my soul, and my body daily 3x

I bless them with divine health, from my Father God

I am healthy, I am strong, because I make wise choices 3x

I make wise choices, every single day

My body craves healthy food, every time I eat 3x

Every time I eat, I treat my body well

I choose Jesus to nourish my soul 3x

And healthy food to nourish my body

I choose healthy foods, food that energize,

I eat in moderation, I never am deprived

I’m beautiful, I’m strong and I am healthy too,

I live to bring God glory in everything I do

God bless my spirit, to teach my soul, my mind will and emotions

How to eat so I can be, strong, lean, and healthy

I am strong, I am lean, I am healthy too 3x

I make wise decisions, about what I will eat

My body is strong, my body is lean, my body is healthy too

God gives me wisdom to decide, what, when and where to eat

I love, I love, I love to move my body 3x

And as I move my body, I improve my health

I can run, and not grow weary, 3x

With God all things are possible

I choose healthy food every time I eat 3x

Because, I choose health

I choose healthy foods, foods that bring life 3x

Cause I'm, living, for Jesus

I choose healthy foods, that are full of life 3x

Because, I am worth it

Lord I give you permission, to get my attention,

on what food’s not good for me 3x

Because I, want to be strong and healthy

God equip me to be strong, God equip me to be lean,

God equip me to be healthy, Permission granted today

God equip me, to eat, God equip me, to drink,

God equip me, to move, all to bring you glory

My body is the temple of Holy Spirit 3x

So I treat it with love

I belong to God, so I’m off limits 3x

To anything, that opposes Him

My body’s aligned, as designed 3x

By my Father God

Through the power of the blood I am healed 3x

Hallelujah, thank you Lord

If you’re not of God, get out of my body 3x

Cause I, belong to Him

Lord, send Your light and Your blood and Your DNA

Invade every cell with Your healing touch, and reverse any damage done

God bless my spirit, and my soul, and my body too,

Bless them to function as You desire,

and designed, from the beginning of time

Father, through the blood of Jesus, I walk in health 3x

I have energy and I have strength, to do what I’m called to do

Walk’in out my purpose every day, with a healthy body too

This pain was, bought at the cross, it is not mine 3x

Jesus died so I could be pain free

Bless the light (blood) of Jesus, to flow through and through

Bless that light to shine, where any darkness be,

And make any darkness flee, and bow to Jesus knee

I got the strength of Jesus, working in my life

My body’s strong, healthy and lean 3x Hallelujah, Lord

My mind is strong, my back is strong, my joints are strong for Jesus 3x

I am strong and healthy for my Lord

All inflammation, be gone in the name of Jesus 3x

Jesus lubricate my joints, with Your healing oil 3x

So they will function, as designed

My knees are happy knees, they are strong and healthy 3x

They take me where I need to go
