Declarations from Ephesians
Chapter 1: I declare that I am blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because I am united with Christ. Before God made the world, He loved me and chose me in Christ to be holy and without fault in His eyes. I bring Jesus great pleasure.
I declare that Jesus purchased my freedom and forgave all my sins with His blood. He showers me with His kindness; with His wisdom and understanding.
I declare that because I am united with Christ, I have received an inheritance from Him. He chose me in advance and He makes everything work out according to His plan. I choose to praise and glorify Him.
I declare that God gives me spiritual wisdom and insight so that I might grow in my knowledge of Him. My heart is flooded with His light so that I can understand the confident hope He has given me. I understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for me, because I believe Him.
Chapter 2: I declare that by God’s grace I am saved. He raised me from the dead along with Christ and I am now seated with Him in the heavenly realms. I am God’s masterpiece. He created me anew in Christ Jesus, so I can do all the good things He planned for me long ago.
Chapter 3: I declare that there are endless treasures available to me in Christ Jesus. God uses me to display His wisdom in its rich variety to all the unseen rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. Because of my faith in Jesus, I can come boldly and confidently into God’s presence.
I declare that God empowers me with inner strength though His Spirit. He makes His home in my heart as I trust in Him. My roots grow down into God’s love and keep me strong.
I declare that I have the power to understand how wide, how long, how high, and how deep God’s love is. I experience the love of Christ; I am made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.
I declare that I give God all glory because He is able, through His mighty power at work in me, to accomplish infinitely more than I might ask or think.
Chapter 4: I declare that I live a life worthy of my calling, for I have been called by God. I am humble, gentle, and patient because of my love for others.
I declare that God has given me a special gift. I use my gift to equip God’s people to do His work, and to build up the body of Christ. As I do my part, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body of Christ is healthy and growing and full of love.
I declare that I speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Jesus. I let the Spirit renew my thoughts and attitudes. I put on my new nature, created to be like God – truly righteous and holy.
I declare that I always speak the truth; I have control of my anger, knowing that anger gives a foothold to the devil. I never go to bed angry.
I declare that I speak encouraging and helpful words to others. I am kind, tenderhearted, forgiving others, just as God forgives me.
Chapter 5: I declare that I imitate God in everything I do. I live a life filled with love, following the example of Jesus. God’s light in me produces only what is good, right and true. I carefully determine what please the Lord, and I do it.
I declare that I make the most of every opportunity, I understand what the Lords wants me to do, and I do it. I am filled with the Holy Spirit, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs. I make music to the Lord in my heart. I give thanks for everything to God the Father in the name of my Lord Jesus Christ.
I declare that I submit to others out of reverence for Christ. I respect my husband and listen to what he has to say.
Chapter 6: I declare that in all I do I work as unto the Lord. I am strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. I put on God’s armor so that I will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil.
I declare that I am aware that I am not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in the this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.
I declare that because I put on every piece of God’s armor I am able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle I will be still be standing firm.
I declare that I stand my ground, putting on the belt of truth, the body armor of God’s righteousness, shoes of peace. I hold the shield of faith, and put on the helmet of salvation. I take up the sword of the Spirit. I pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. I am alert and persistent in my prayers for all believers everywhere.
